RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Window: Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Return Process: Customers must notify House of Sebo of their intent to return an item and obtain a return authorization number.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
