Order Placement: Orders are subject to acceptance by House of Sebo.
Payment:: Payment must be made in full before the order is processed. Accepted payment methods include EFT, Direct transfer.
4. Delivery
Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Risk of Loss:: The risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately you are allowed to change your garment upon 3 days after your order has been delivered and should not be worn or have any stain marks
5. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Refund Process: No cash Refunds will be issued rather a swop in items should you be not happy with your item or a House of Sebo voucher will be issued to you.
